My number one belief is that you should be heard and validated! After all, your story isn’t like anyone else’s, so why should your nutrition approach be?

I love working with clients who have experienced chronic dieting and eating disorder challenges; gastrointestinal and digestive health symptoms; as well as prediabetes and PCOS. With my previous background working in the arts and entertainment industry, I have a special interest in working with artists and creative executives.

"I've been there; exhausted and stressed out where food is my last priority. I help clients identify simple, easy ways to support their bodies."

If there is one commonality in how I work with clients, it’s that I take a customized approach to everyone, because that’s what you deserve. Everyone has a right to feel safe and at home in their bodies, and that’s why I’ve invested so much time and training in learning how to support nutrition in clients who have experienced trauma. I’m a member of ASDAH, and use a Health at Every Size® approach.

I am also a co-founder and supervisor at Clinician's Incubator, where I help postgraduate CNS candidates become thriving nutrition professionals. I’ve taught biochemistry and physiology at the university level, and presented on nutrition and health at SAG-AFTRA, Producers Guild of America, Actor’s Fund, and AMDA College of Performing Arts.

In my free time, I love pilates, playing with my dog Scully, and getting outside in Los Angeles.
