Our Origin Story
Have you ever struggled to get your anxiety, period problems, or GI symptoms taken seriously or been dismissed by your care team?
We’re here to change that. We put you at the heart of everything we do.
We believe that good nutrition puts you in the driver’s seat. Because no matter how evidence-based a nutrition approach is, it won’t work if it doesn’t work for you.
That’s why we launched Nutrition Hive in 2021 - to approach nutrition support from your perspective, using cutting-edge tools in a radically client-centered way.
From experience with thousands of clients we know that personalized approaches transform health, so we’ve mastered the art of careful listening and collaboration with our clients to find an approach unique to you, that works, and is sustainable.
We believe in this evidence-based, client-led approach so much, we not only use it with you at Nutrition Hive, but we also teach it to post-graduate nutrition students at our learning hub Clinician’s Incubator.
There, we offer comprehensive training in root-cause nutrition (Signature Supervision) and root-cause behavior change (Nested Health Coach Certification).
